Earles Architects and Associates (EAA) has been hired to provide architectural services for the first downtown Chicago location for Intelligent Office, a virtual office and staffing services company based in Denver, CO.
EAA is leading the construction of a 4,250-square-foot space at 190 S. LaSalle St., Chicago to meet the needs of Intelligent Office’s client base of mobile executives, start-up businesses and other companies that need virtual office space and administrative support for their employees. EAA, working with Project Vision – the owner’s representative, has incorporated Intelligent Office standards to combine the traditional look of a corporate office with the efficient space planning needed in a shared office environment.
The space will include a reception area, 11 private offices and two conference rooms as well as administrative staff offices and mail services. Construction is expected to start in November.
Intelligent office has nearly 60 locations in the United States and Canada.
