Woodbury Corporate Campus, a 100-acre campus at Interstate-94 and Radio Drive in Woodbury, Minn., is now under contract to Elion, a national real estate investment firm.
Elion is working with city officials to plan the highest and best use for the high-profile site. Preliminary concepts call for complementing the existing Class-A 400,000-square-foot office building by adding new uses designed to enhance the location.
“This property has a strategic location, tremendous access, robust infrastructure and untapped potential,” said Juan DeAngulo, partner and chief operating officer with Elion Partners. “We look forward to continuing to work with the city and the real estate community in the Twin Cities to create a premier environment for today’s business.”
