Plumb represented the landlord, Midwest Industrial Funds, and Mike Androwich, principal of Lee & Associates of Illinois LLC, represented the tenant in the transaction.
Also, OSI Group has purchased a 20,000-square-foot industrial condo located at 1578 Beverly Court in Aurora. Androwich represented the seller, ABC Land Holdings, and Shaun Burke of H & B Realty represented the buyer in the transaction.
