Paul Olsen, FHA originations director at Arbor Commercial Mortgage, shared his insights on the latest developments in FHA lending during the Midwest Lending Conference held in Chicago in early July.
Olsen moderated a panel on the Rental Assistance Demonstration program. The FHA plans to increase this program. And, as Olsen said, the agency also has made it a priority to rehabilitate aging public-housing programs.
Joining Olsen on the panel were Glenda Brown, from OAHP; Matt Munter, EMG Corporation; and Catalina Vielma, from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
