Foresite Realty Partners LLC has completed the sale of two flex/industrial buildings on 3.45 acres of land within Lockport Township.
The seller was the receiver on behalf of a national lending institution. The property’s offering generated a great deal of interest and numerous offers were received by Foresite Realty Partners, which served as the seller’s exclusive broker. The sale price is undisclosed.
The buyer was a private investor that owns other investment property in the immediate area.
