Chris Gary, vice president of NAI Hiffman’s industrial services group, recently represented two tenants and two landlords in four transactions totaling more than 116,000 square feet in Chicago and Northwest Indiana.
Noble Americas, a third-party warehouse provider, signed two lease renewals at Ashley Capital’s 2.2 million-square-foot Calumet Business Center, a rail-served industrial park on Chicago’s south side. The first renewal was signed for 51,720 square feet of industrial space at 1400-1580 E. 97th Place, the second for 34,750 square feet at 1441-1535 E. 98th Place. Gary represented Noble Americas and Ashley Capital in both transactions.
In Michigan City, Ind., Gary represented P-Americas LLC in the sale of its 24,527-square-foot industrial property at 600 U.S. Highway 20 to Richards Supply Co. Duke Botthof, executive vice president of NAI Hiffman’s industrial services group, represented the buyer, Richards Supply Co.
Gary also represented AMS Mechanical Systems in its new lease for 5,433 square feet of office space at 9200 Calumet Ave. in Munster, Ind. Troyanna Libassi of First Location represented the landlord, Simborg Realty.
