After making its area debut at The Rivers Casino in Des Plaines, the Fourth Annual AIRE Virtual Tour now can be accessed on the AIRE website.
This year’s AIRE Virtual Tour, Out of Thin AIRE, took on a Bond theme as it highlighted the 1.3 billion-square-foot industrial market in Chicago and 26 properties that were featured.
Even the AIRE logo, which received a makeover earlier this year, was transformed to appear more like 007’s organization than a group of industrial real estate brokers. Further, through the clever production efforts, AIRE became one with Bond.
David Bercu, Colliers International; Dan Leahy, NAI Hiffman; and Carter Andrus, ProLogis passed their screen tests allowing them to appear on the big screen with the various actors, like Sean Connery, who have played Bond over the years.
Over 200 people involved in industrial real estate attended the virtual tour and the reception afterward.
