Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions has been retained by special servicer LNR Partners to auction Centennial Corporate Center, an office building in Troy, Mich., that includes more than 306,000 square feet.
The office building will be sold April 10 through the Auction.com online auction platform.
The 15-story building was built in 1981 and renovated in 2000. The building is located close to Chrysler World Headquarters and more than 20 Fortune 500 companies.
