Holladay Properties will develop a 60,000-square-foot office building in Hammond, Ind.
The new property will be located at the Southeast quadrant of Interstate-94 and Kennedy Avenue in the Ox Bow Landing development.
The project will consist of a four-story 60,000-square-foot Class-A office building.
