Hubbell Realty Company and Stonegate Capital Partners LLC broke ground Sept. 13 on Stonegate Crossing in Clive, Iowa.
This new $19.7 million 198-unit multi-family community is located on the southeast corner of Boston Parkway and NW 156th Street in Clive.
The development consists of 96 one-bedroom units, 54 two-bedroom units, 48 three-bedroom units and 198 garages within six buldings. The development includes a 24-hour fitness center, pool, clubhouse, community room and business center.
