InCommercial Property Group is pleased to announce an additional new hire to their portfolio management team.
Natalie Mondane joined InCommercial Property Group in 2021 as a Portfolio Manager. Prior to InCommercial, Natalie managed a disposition portfolio comprised of hundreds of locations nationwide for Walgreen Co., structuring portfolio-wide transactions, and generating millions in savings for the firm. Prior to her time with Walgreens Corporate, Ms. Mondane worked in the brokerage division for both JLL and CBRE and was involved in over 200 transactions.
Natalie’s 9+ years of experience includes advising occupiers on their real estate strategy, financial analysis, transaction management, and strategic planning. Natalie received her BS in Finance and Real Estate Investment from DePaul University, holds her real estate license in Illinois, and has been actively involved in Innovating Commerce Serving Communities (ICSC).
