Indianapolis-based Flaherty & Collins has added two professionals to its staff, Brian Prince as development associate and Jeff Hammersley as construction project manager.
Prince is completing his J.D. at Indiana University’s Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis. He was formerly a law clerk at Thomas Law Group in Zionsville, Ind., and legal intern for the Indiana Economic Development Corporation.
Hammersley before joining Flaherty & Collins was the executive vice president of JBM Contractors Corporation. He brings more than 35 years experience to his new position, having started his commercial real estate career for his family’s construction company, Hammersley Homes, in 1969 as a junior carpenter and laborer. He is responsible for more than $110 million in development, construction and project management since 1993.
