Errick Peck has joined Indianapolis-based RESOURCE as a senior associate.
Peck focuses on representing landlords/investors and tenants who own and/or occupy office, flex and retail properties. He has experience working with local, regional and national companies including Regions Bank, Bankers Life and Casualty Company, Strategic Wealth Designers, Hester Baker Krebs, Simply Driven Search and ARC Document Solutions.
Peck will participate in RESOURCE’s NextGen mentorship program, working with principal Tom Osborne and Kim Hartman, senior vice president and co-director of asset resolutions. Combined, the team holds 60-plus years of real estate experience.
Prior to joining RESOURCE, Peck worked as both the head of research and associate broker at another CRE firm in Indianapolis. During his tenure, he successfully supported more than 40 brokers as a researcher and helped represent nearly 2 million square feet of space as a landlord representative.
