Inland Real Estate Brokerage, Inc. (“Inland Brokerage”) has announced the promotion of Heather Devermann to vice president and senior executive broker. Devermann will assist in overseeing Inland’s newest brokerage office location in Yorkville, Illinois.

A licensed REALTOR® for 17 years, Devermann’s real estate background is diverse in vacant land, multifamily, industrial and retail properties as well as the evaluation of development and investment properties for landowners, developers, users and investors. During her career with Inland Brokerage, her experience, local market knowledge and representation performance has earned her the trust of private landowners and financial institutions in the disposition of non-performing assets.
Devermann was instrumental in completing the recent industrial sale of 175,000 square feet on Eastgate Parkway in Kankakee, Illinois. Other recent transactions include several multifamily properties and retail transactions, including the Sandwich Commons strip center in Sandwich, Illinois, as well as the Fox River Lanes and Subway strip center in Yorkville.
