Construction has begun on Vista Health System Medical Office Building, a 43,500 square foot ambulatory care facility at 1025 Red Oak Lane in Lindenhurst, Illinois. Irgens Health Care Facilities Group, a division of Irgens Development Partners, LLC (Irgens), is the project developer, leasing agent, design/construction administrator and future property manager. The building will open to the public in January. 
Vista Health System MOB is located on the campus of Vista Surgery Center, along the southeast corner of Deep Lake Road on Grand Avenue in Lindenhurst, a northern Chicago suburb. The site is approximately seven miles west of Interstate 94.
Four pre-committed tenants will occupy 26,500 square feet in the building. They include Advanced Radiation Oncology, Illinois Bone & Joint Institute, Vista Health System and Vista Cancer Center. Approximately 17,000 rentable square feet remains to be leased by Irgens to other complementary service providers.
In addition to Irgens and Vista Health System, other project team members include Eppstein Uhen (architect), Berglund Construction (contractor) and Associated Bank (lender).
