Joseph J. Duffy Company announced that Nick Kasmar has joined the firm as a field engineer to further assist with their growing portfolio of construction pro-jects. A graduate from Purdue University in civil engineering and E.I. Certification, Nick’s education and enthusiasm will be a valuable asset to the Joseph J. Duffy Company family.
Nick’s primary role will be to identify conflicts and find solutions to better serve our client needs. He will also process the submittals and shop drawings, assist Project Superintendents with maintaining quality control and subcontractor communication. Nick comments, “I am excited to start a new chal-lenge with Joseph J. Duffy Company and feel fortunate to be joining such a respected company that prides itself on top quality service.”
Jerry DeCicco, Vice President, Leed AP, said, “As new work has been coming in, it became clear we would need to add to our staff in Project Management.. We promoted Jose Flores from Field Engi-neer to Assistant Project Manager and we hired a Nick to be our new Field Engineer. Both of them have hit the ground running and are helping manage projects and assisting other senior PMs on their jobs.
