Tristan Baird has joined Kansas City’s Block & Company, Inc., Realtors as director of management/asset operations. He will oversee and manage the property management department.
Baird formerly worked at Marcelle Holdings, LLC, where he was senior vice president of operations and asset management for six years. Before working there, he worked for Preservation Housing Management as regional manager and was the chief asset manager for B.E.U. of KC.
Baird also sat on the board of the Urban Core Development Council, where he was responsible for 635 multi-family units, 95 single-family homes, more than 750,000 square feet of commercial and office space and 320 senior-living units.
