Kansas City’s Block Real Estate Services recently promoted Ron Fredericks to vice president of BPS.
In this position, he will provide general contracting, tenant finish MEP service and repairs to inside and outside customers.
Before taking on his new responsibilities, Fredericks worked as director of Block Maintenance Solutions.
