Kole Construction has purchased a 30,480-square-foot warehouse building located at 1404 Sherman Road in Romeoville. Jeff Galante, principal, and Scott Anderson, vice president, of Lee & Associates of Illinois LLC represented the seller, Aurelio LLC, and Mike Robbins of NAI Hiffman represented the buyer in the transaction.
Separately, Anderson represented Sterling Lumber Company in the acquisition of a 514,459-square-foot and 83,428-square-foot manufacturing complex on 50 acres. The Canadian National railway will serve the property. An additional 18 acres was assembled and acquired as part of the project. Total project value is more than $12 million. The seller, Atkore, was represented by Larry Johnson of CB Richard Ellis.
