Krusinski Construction broke ground recently for Magnetrol International’s new worldwide headquarters facility at 705 Enterprise St. in Aurora.
Magnetrol is relocating its headquarters from Downers Grove to accommodate its growth and more than 300 employees. The company purchased the existing 250,000-square-foot building in Aurora and the project includes a significant electrical service upgrade, renovation of existing offices and an additional build-out of office, laboratory and training space.
It also requires significant improvements to the existing warehouse such as an extensive network of compressed air, process gases, electrical and data needs. The manufacturing area will accommodate multiple cranes, specific equipment exhaust and make-up air requirements.
Magnetrol’s commitment to the environment and to its employees is reflected in all aspects of design and construction of the project.
Senior Project Manager Joe Krusinski III is assigned to the project for Krusinski Construction.
Chenevert Architects of Baton Rouge, Louisiana is providing architectural design services.
