Miraya Vlacho, vice president of L.J. Sheridan & Co., represented the owner of the 177,000-square-foot Helix Camera & Video Building at 310 S. Racine in an $8.9 million sale. Jeff Lindenmeyer and Chris O’leary of Cushman & Wakefield represented the buyer, Life Storage Centers.
This is the 15th sale of an office building for Vlacho in the West Loop market.
