Lee & Associates recently closed a $2.75 million sales transaction for a 21,260-square-foot sales/shop facility on 4.29 acres located at 800 N. Rogers St. in Olathe, Kansas.
John Nolan and Russell Pearson of Lee & Associates Kansas City represented the buyer, RideNow Powersports. The Seller, Van Wall Equipment, was unrepresented.
This acquisition represents RideNow’s entrance to the Kansas City market with the opening of its first Kansas location.
RideNow, based in Arizona, operates a variety of powersports lines nationally including Yahama, Polaris, Victory, BMW and Suzuki.
