Lee & Associates recently closed a 140-acre land sale at the northeast corner of Blue Ridge and Prospect Avenue in Grandview, Mo.
The sales price was not disclosed.
Todd Weltmer, director at Lee & Associates’ Kansas City office, represented the seller, Trustco, LLC. Harvest Nations, the buyer, was not represented.
