Brian Hurtuk, managing director of Colliers International in Cleveland, was named newcomer manager of the year at the Colliers International Market Leaders annual meeting.
Hurtuk earned the award for his ability to grow the Cleveland office.
Hurtuk first joined Colliers in 2012 when he opened the Cleveland office in conjunction with Shenan Murphy and Richard Schuen. The Cleveland office now boasts more than 2.1 million square feet under management, more than 20 professionals on staff and more than 6 million square feet in listings.
