Marcus & Millichap recently closed the sale of The Billman U of M Portfolio, a 24-unit apartment property located in Minneapolis. The property sold for more than $4 million.
Josh Talberg, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office, alongside Garrett Nichols, Michael DiSimone and Sean Rosenzweig, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Los Angeles office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company.
The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by John Bailey and Bill Bailey, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago downtown office.
