Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services named William Holman sales manager of its St. Louis, Kansas City and Louisville offices.

Before joining Marcus & Millichap, Holman was principal, managing partner and broker for Commercial Brokerage Group Inc., a 22-person full-service commercial real estate construction and development firm in the St. Louis and St. Charles county markets.
