McShane Construction Company has been awarded the construction assignment for Campus Circle – Urbana, a new student housing project under development by The Bainbridge Companies. The five-story, 524-bed apartment complex will be located at 1010 West University Avenue in Urbana, Illinois, adjacent to the campus of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Construction is currently underway and slated for completion in April 2016.
