The partnership of MedProperties Holdings and Equity Inc. has acquired the Evendale Healthcare Center in the suburbs of Cincinnati.
MedProperties and Equity closed on the four-story 65,670-square-foot healthcare center in Evendale, Ohio, on June 7. The multi-tenant medical office building is located between Interstate-71 and Interstate-75.
This is the second healthcare facility in Ohio that the partners acquired. In march, they purchased the five-story 103,000-square-foot Atrium Medical Center in Middletown, Ohio.
