Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales team recently brokered the sale of Waterside Marketplace in Chesterfield Township, Michigan. The 291,231-square-foot retail center was purchased by PMAT Real Estate Investments, a middle-market real estate investment firm founded in 2003 that is actively pursuing acquisitions nationally.
Waterside Marketplace is located at the southwest quadrant of 23 Mile Road and Interstate 94 in the northeast suburban Detroit community of Chesterfield Township. The regional power center is anchored by national retailers including Dick’s Sporting Goods, Best Buy, TJ Maxx, Bed Bath & Beyond, Ulta, Jo Ann Fabrics, Old Navy and DSW, and shadow anchored by Lowe’s and JC Penney.
