The 5,013-square-foot center was purchased by a private West Coast-based investor in a 1031 exchange. The property closed at 98.7 percent of the listing price and generated multiple offers. ATI/AT&T is in South Bend, which serves as the major economic and cultural hub of Northern Indiana. Ideally positioned along Portage Road, just off Cleveland Road and Interstate 80/90, the asset sees high combined daily traffic counts providing outstanding access to both a local and regional customer base throughout the entire Northern Indiana region. Shadow-anchored by Meijer, the two-outlot is 100 percent leased to a corporate ATI and a corporate AT&T.
