Millennium Properties R/E continued its rapid growth, hiring Saar Schnitman as a vice president property management. Mr. Schnitman brings nearly a decade of commercial and residential management experience as well as business development experience to Millennium’s property management team.
Most recently, Mr. Schnitman worked as the director of operations with Silver Property Group, where he was responsible for the management and oversight of a $35 million, multi-site portfolio. Previously, Mr. Schnitman worked as the director of leasing operations with Rosen Management. In this role, he developed the company’s rental and management division, adding more than 50 properties to the management portfolio in less than a year.
