When Minneapolis’ Leonard Street and Deinard law firm completes its recently announced merger with Kansas City-based firm Stinson Morrison Hecker, it will help create a company with 529 laywers and with offices in 14 cities.
The new firm will take on the name Stinson Leonard Street starting Jan. 1.
Mark Hinderks, who is now the managing partner for Stinson Morrison Hecker, will become the co-managing partner of the new company. Lowell Stortz current managing partner at Leonard Street and Deinard, will will be the merged firm’s other managing partner.
