Laurie Paquette has joined Cushman & Wakefield as senior managing director of asset services, leading the firm’s Minneapolis/St. Paul Asset Services team.
In her new role, Paquette will lead client engagement and development as well as recruitment of new talent. Cushman & Wakefield’s Minneapolis/St. Paul Asset Services team includes 190 professionals overseeing a third-party property management portfolio of 32 million square feet of office, industrial and retail assets.
Paquette joins Cushman & Wakefield from JLL, where she was senior vice president, and also previously served in leadership roles with Starwood Retail Partners and General Growth Properties. She has been instrumental in designing processes and procedures that streamlined business activities and provided strategic direction, thereby driving revenue and profitability. As an executive leader for Asset Management, Laurie has managed multi-state portfolios totaling more than 29 million square feet of retail and office space.
