Minneapolis’ United Properties adds SVP

Renee Kirscht Rascher

Renee Kirscht Rascher has joined Minneapolis-based United Properties as senior vice president of development operations, effective March 30. In this role, Kirscht Rascher will report to Bill Katter, president and chief investment officer of United Properties Development.

Kirscht Rascher joins United Properties with a strong history of strategic project management and critical problem-solving experience. She has 24 years of experience at NTH, Inc., where she most recently served as a principal and senior project manager. Kirscht Rascher has worked on notable projects such as Ecolab, HealthPartners and the Ordway Center for the Performing Arts.

As senior vice president of development operations, Kirscht Rascher is responsible for ensuring successful execution of all development projects in coordination with development market leaders. This includes managing production reporting and progress, tracking commercial development milestones and timelines, overseeing construction contracts, supporting new business development, providing development company executive support and more.

Kirscht Rascher holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in interior design and a Bachelor of Science degree in construction management, both from the University of Wisconsin – Stout. She has been a member of the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal Women’s Leadership Council since 2018, and she is currently a board member for Visitation School.
