NAI Everest is representing a pair of office and industrial properties in the Minneapolis-St. Paul market.
Roseville West is an 80,000-square-foot multi-tenant office building on Highway 36. The Shawnee Business Center is a 54,000-square-foot multi-tenant office/industrial building near the Mall of America.
“The Minneapolis-St. Paul market is enticing to a large pool of investors due to a location which is somewhat protected from the booms and busts of the coasts,” said Tom Dillon, senior vice president of NAI Everest, in a written statement.
