Bruce Isaac, senior vice president of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties, and Dina Zavislak with Morh Partners represented Stantec in its successful efforts to lease the top two-and-a-half floors of the new 10-story CentrePointe Development in downtown Lexington, Ken.
Construction for this new development has begun. Its completion date is estimated for May of 2015.
