Applied Imaging, an office technology dealer, will relocate and expand its corporate headquarters this summer to accommodate double digit annual growth and anticipated growth. The company recently purchased a more-than-60,000-square-foot facility at 5555 Glenwood Hills Parkway SE in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Applied Imaging will move from its current 25,000-square-foot facility, at 5282 East Paris, to the renovated facility in July of 2016. The company has experienced steady growth in its number of employees, as well as product and service offerings, and has occupied its current space since 1999.
NAI Wisinski of West Michigan brokers Stu Kingma and Jim Badaluco represented Applied Imaging in the purchase of the Glenwood Hills Parkway facility.
The new Glenwood Hills Parkway location will house Applied Imaging’s corporate headquarters, as well as its Customer Loyalty Center, which will include expanded showrooms and service dispatch, currently located offsite. In addition, the new location also provides convenient freeway access for visiting customers and employees.
