The Waters of Oakdale, a 92-apartment seniors living community located at 7088 11 St. N. in Oakdale, Minn., will hold its grand-opening ceremony Sept. 18. The four-story, 101,036-square-foot community was built by Frana Companies and designed by Kaas Wilson Architects.
Developed, owned and operated by Twin Cities-based The Waters Senior Living, LLC, the new community offers month-to-month private pay apartment rentals with three living options: senior living with services, memory care and enhanced care.
The community’s amenities include a day spa & salon, relaxation studios, health and wellbeing studio, restaurant, café, creative arts studio and heated underground parking. In addition, The Waters of Oakdale will be offering a variety of personalized, holistic health and wellbeing services focused on helping residents thrive.
