Alterra Real Estate Advisors has sold the 540 Officenter Place office building in Gahanna, Ohio, to a California investment company for $4.2 million.
Brad Kitchen, president of Alterra Real Estate Advisors, led a group of investors that originally purchased 540 Officenter Place in 2005 for $2.5 million.
540 Officenter Place is a 40,120-square-foot office building in the Officenter complex. Tenants include Ohio State University Internal Medicine, Odyssey HealthCare of Columbus, Alterra Real Estate Advisors and BHM Insurance.
Alterra will continue to handle the leasing and management of the property for the new owners.
