Milwaukee-based Ogden & Company recently helped Cascade Real Estate LP X purchase a townhome development in Appleton, Wis.
Cascade purchased The Chateau Townhomes for $3.7 million.
The multi-family purchase consisted of 78 units on three sites. Susan Sardina and Angie Hoehnen of Ogden & Company represented the buyer.
