Pharma Logistics has leased 4,600 square feet at 1795 Butterfield Road in Libertyville. 1795 Butterfield Road is a 35,000-square-foot multi-tenant office building in Libertyville Corporate Center, located at Illinois Route 137 (Buckley Road) and Butterfield Road.
The center is owned by New York-based real estate investment firm Ashley Capital. Robert Elbrecht of Tri-State Realty represented the landlord for the Libertyville Corporate Center and Christopher Zaccaro of CV Estates LLC represented the tenant.
This will be the new corporate and sales offices for Pharma Logistics, which will maintain warehouse space in Mundelein. Pharma Logistics provides pharmaceutical return services to hospital and independent pharmacies, physician offices, the U.S. Department of Defense and the VA Health System.
