Popcorn Factory renews two leases at adjacent Lake Forest facilities

The Popcorn Factory has completed two separate lease renewal transactions totaling 148,000 square feet of space in Lake Forest.  Corey Chase, principal at Podolsky|Circle CORFAC International represented The Popcorn Factory in the transactions.

The Popcorn Factory’s leases at 13970 W. Laurel Drive and 28160 Keith Drive, both in Lake Forest, were set to expire in June of 2014.  The single tenant facilities are situated adjacent to each other.  The Popcorn Factory uses the buildings for manufacturing and distribution purposes, including a Popcorn Factory retail outlet store.

The Popcorn Factory is part of the 1-800-Flowers Family of Brands.  Chase Has represented 1-800-Flowers in multiple Chicago area transactions over several years.

Building ownership represented itself in both transactions.
