Larry Cohn, senior broker for @properties Commercial, brokered a 5-year lease on behalf of Builders Bank LLC, a regional bank specializing in commercial real estate loans.
Builders Bank signed on for 5,156 square feet of office space at 203 N. LaSalle St., a 629,000-square-foot Class-A commercial office property in Chicago’s Loop. Lee Ffrench of @properties Commercial represented the landlord, Interpark, LLC.
According to Cohn, Builders Bank is in the process of consolidating its downtown operations and was seeking a new business location for the bank. “This new office offers Builders Bank a more open, efficient and cost effective space. It also happens to be located in one of the city’s premier locations with direct access to public transportation,” said Cohn.
