Marc Krohn is the new director of asset services at CBRE for the Cincinnati/Dayton market of Ohio.
Krohn comes to CBRE from Duke Realty, where he worked as a senior property manager overseeing a portfolio of office, medical office and industrial properties totaling 6.9 million square feet.
Before working at Duke, Krohn was a senior property manager with Zeller Realty Group in Bloomington, Minn., for 10 years.
