SSM Health Care is relocating its corporate office from 477 North Lindbergh to 10101 Woodfield in the Corporate Square Office Park in St. Louis. SSM Health care will expand its space from 42,000 square feet at the North Lindbergh location to 62,000 square feet at the Woodfield facility.
SSM Health Care will be joining SSM St. Louis, which occupies 160,000 square feet in six buildings at the Corporate Square campus. SSM Health Care will occupy three of the four floors in the building.
In addition to the new 62,000-square-foot lease for SSM Health Care, SSM St. Louis has renewed its 160,000-square-foot lease at the campus. Both leases will begin Jan. 1 of next year and will be on 11-year terms.
Mike Carlson, Tom Bajardi and Brandon Wappelhorst of Sansone Group represented SSM Healthcare in the transaction. Don Weis and Tom Ray of CBRE represented the landlord, Riversource.
