Signature Associates has negotiated the sale of a 190,947-square-foot industrial building at 215 N. Hill Brady Road in Battle Creek, Mich.
Jeff Chrystal and Ted Vliek, of Signature Associates, represented the seller, Toyota Tsusho America, Inc. Chrystal also represented the buyer, WKW Erbsloeh North America, Inc.
WKW Erbsloeh North America purchased Bowers Manufacturing of Kalamazoo and is further expanding its operations of aluminum extrusion, fabricating and anodizing.
