Sleepy’s LLC has leased 5,367 square feet in Bannockburn Green at 2501 Waukegan Road in Bannockburn.
Founded in 1957, Sleepy’s is a mattress retailer with more than 800 showrooms and seven distribution centers. The new location is one of the first in Illinois.
CBRE‘s Joe Parrott and Michael Gold represented AP POB Bannockburn LLC, the landlord, in the transaction.
