Spicklemire named first female and youngest managing director of MB Real Estate

Kevin Purcell, EVP/ Chief Operating Officer of MB Real Estate announced that Sara Spicklemire has been promoted from vice president of Leasing Services to senior vice president/managing director of Leasing Services.

“Sara is a strong leader, well-respected by her colleagues and clients and will be a valuable member of the strategic leadership team,” said Purcell. “She brings a unique perspective and enthusiasm to her role and we are proud to have her on our team.”

Spicklemire joined MB Real Estate in 2011 and specializes in assisting multi-tenant office building owners in maximizing their asset value through innovative leasing programs. Since joining the firm, she has assisted in securing 6.8 million square feet of new assignments for MBRE. In her new role, she will join EVPs/Managing Directors Gary Denenberg and Mark Buth in driving the strategic operations of Leasing Services as well as its future growth. She will also continue to lead the team’s business development efforts and provide clients with expert analysis, marketing and strategy.
