Matthew Stephens has joined the St. Louis office of Cushman & Wakefield as director.
Stephens will team with industry-leading colleagues in the Midwest, primarily Vice Chairs George Tikijian and Hannah Ott in Indianapolis, to expand Cushman & Wakefield’s multifamily capital markets platform in metro St. Louis and across the region.
Stephens brings more than 18 years of commercial real estate experience to the firm with an extensive background in multifamily valuation and financial modeling and joins a team that has closed more than $50 billion in multifamily investment sales across the region since 2012.
Stephens joins Cushman & Wakefield from CBRE, where he was Vice President and Team Lead for the St. Louis Multifamily Valuation and Advisory Group. During the past three years, Stephens has been involved with multifamily properties in the St. Louis MSA having an aggregate value over $3.25 billion.
