Steadfast Apartment REIT recently acquired Harrison Place, a 307-unit apartment complex in Indianapolis for $27.9 million.
Harrison Place was built in 2001 and sits on nearly 22 acres. The development, which is 95 percent occupied, features one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. It also features two- and three-bedroom cottages.
Average monthly rent at the facility is $828.
Amenities at the development include clubhouse, fitness center, business center, laundry faclity, swimming pool and tenant lounge.
